Our leasing office is located at 5700 Pleasant Ridge Rd. Applications are conveniently located in the "Info" box near our front door.
Application Process
We will process your application to determine eligibility. We pull credit, verify employment and income, and follow up with previous and current landlords. The application fee is $50 per/adult. Security deposit equal to rent amount.
